feat: U-Claw v1.0 - OpenClaw offline installer USB for China

- Build script to package Node.js (Mac ARM64/x64 + Win x64) + OpenClaw + all deps
- YuLinMuFeng-style launcher menu with 16 functions (install/repair/backup/reset)
- 8 Chinese AI models one-click config (DeepSeek/Kimi/Qwen/GLM/MiniMax/Doubao/Qianfan/Mimo)
- QQ official integration (Tencent), Feishu, WeChat, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack
- 52 pre-installed skills, all offline
- Bilingual README (Chinese + English)
- Full China tutorial (12 chapters)
