ed454f78ac fix: correct openclaw.mjs path in Windows scripts, remove broken build step 
Same fixes as Mac scripts: use full node_modules path for openclaw.mjs
and remove non-existent npm run build step.

5b9673c947 fix: correct openclaw.mjs path and remove broken build step 
- openclaw.mjs is at node_modules/openclaw/openclaw.mjs, not core root
- Remove npm run build (openclaw doesn't need a build step via npm)
- Fix both Mac-Start.command and Mac-Menu.command

d7bd77d59a fix: remove all external community references, use U-Claw branding 
- Replace all openclaw-cn commands with openclaw (official)
- Remove OpenClaw-CN community fork links (jiulingyun)
- Remove clawd.org.cn, skillhub.tencent.com references
- Remove clawdbot-ai/awesome-openclaw-skills-zh links
- Update guide.html, llms.txt, skills.html, SkillHub.html, tutorial
- All links now point to U-Claw (u-claw.org) or OpenClaw official

be734cb111 feat: restructure repo for collaboration + add desktop app source 
- Reorganize project: clean structure (portable/ u-claw-app/ usb-scripts/ website/)
- Move docs into website/, rename uclaw-scripts to usb-scripts
- Add u-claw-app/ Electron desktop source code
- Add portable/setup.sh: one-command dev environment setup
- Add portable/SkillHub.html: skill marketplace page
- Update README: dev guide, contribution workflow, project structure
- Update .gitignore: exclude runtime binaries and build artifacts
- Expand China install guide: npm mirrors, detailed onboard wizard

e04c205399 feat: add Chinese config page (Config.html) to replace onboard wizard 
- Comprehensive Config.html with 10 model providers, 6 chat platforms
- Auto-detect gateway port, pre-fill existing config, import/export
- Mac-Start.command opens Config.html on first run, dashboard on subsequent runs
- U-Claw.html updated to reference Config.html

022f4f1f9a feat: v1.1 - simplified menus, pre-installed QQ plugin, updated README 
- Simplify menus from 17 to 8 options (config, dashboard, QQ, platforms, diagnostics, backup, restore, sysinfo)
- Pre-install QQ bot plugin (@sliverp/qqbot) - users only need AppID + Secret
- Install scripts now extract next to themselves (works on USB or computer)
- Rename all scripts to English (Mac-Install, Windows-Install, Mac-Start, etc.)
- Add README.txt for USB drive with bilingual instructions
- Rewrite README.md to match current v1.1 structure
- Remove old Chinese-named scripts, build script, test files, QR images
- Add Toolkit/ and U-Claw-CN/ to .gitignore

c1e94d4dd9 feat: add navigation page and rename scripts to English prefixes 
- Add U-Claw.html navigation page with OS auto-detection and live status
- Rename scripts: start → Mac-Start/Windows-Start, menu → Mac-Menu/Windows-Menu
- Update installer scripts to reference new v2 directory structure (app/core)
- Update .gitignore to exclude build artifacts and marketing assets

- Single package for Mac ARM64 + Windows x64
- start.command/bat = quick launch (gateway + browser)
- menu.command/bat = full 13-option menu:
  config wizard, QQ Bot, Feishu, skills, diagnostics,
  backup/restore, reset, China mirror, system info
- app/data/system separation for safe upgrades

6c1bff5572 feat: v1.1 portable architecture (app/data separation) 
New directory structure:
- app/core/ = OpenClaw program
- app/runtime/ = Node.js
- data/ = user config, memory, backups (never overwritten on upgrade)
- system/ = migration scripts

Features:
- Auto port detection (18789-18799)
- macOS Gatekeeper auto-fix (xattr quarantine removal)
- Windows UTF-8 BOM + CRLF encoding
- Config auto-migration on startup
- Platform-specific packages (Mac ARM64 + Windows x64)
