- install.sh: add `set -o pipefail`; surface npm install failures (was
hidden by `| tail -5`); JSON-escape user-provided API_KEY before writing
to openclaw.json so keys with backslashes/quotes don't break the config
- Add SECURITY.md: private disclosure channel + scope
Document the gotcha: unformatted persistence.dat causes Ventoy mount
failure and Ubuntu dropping to initramfs. Added verification method
(ext4 magic number at offset 1080) and troubleshooting entry.

Previously, when no standard WSL distro was available, Method B only created
an empty sparse file without ext4 formatting. This caused Ventoy to fail
mounting persistence.dat on boot, dropping to initramfs.
Now Method B tries docker-desktop WSL (/sbin/mkfs.ext4) before falling back
to raw file. Also added ext4 magic number (0xEF53) verification step.

- Detailed README with architecture, usage guide, and troubleshooting
bootable/ is fully independent - does not reference any files from
portable/, u-claw-app/, or website/. Also maintained as standalone
repo at u-claw-linux for convenience.
Update main README to reference both bootable/ and u-claw-linux repo.
